Return & Refund Policy

At Reuse Tange, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. As all our items are pre-loved, we offer a flexible returns and refund policy while ensuring that returned items remain in the best possible condition for future customers.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. Since we sell second-hand items, this includes:

No additional signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

All original tags (if applicable) and packaging are intact.

The item must be clean, free of odors (e.g., smoke or perfume), stains, or any new damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Intimates, such as undergarments, are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at [email address] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item.

Receive Instructions: We will respond with return instructions, including the address for shipping the item back to us.

Return the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us within 14 days of initiating the return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item being sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If the returned item shows additional signs of wear or damage, or is not returned in the same condition as received, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund request entirely.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

 

We cannot guarantee that the desired replacement item will still be available, given the nature of our second-hand collection.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately at info@reusetange.com We will provide a prepaid shipping label and arrange for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
